ZFV DN600 PN16 RF Flanged Triple Offset Butterfly Valve have already pass the inspection and ready for delivering .

Detail description of finished butterfly valve refer to below :size DN600 rate PN16 double flange type, Triple Offset construction, valve is gearbox operated, material body material C.S. WCB, disc stainless steel carbon steel A216 WCB, stem material stainless steel F6a, seal stainless steel 304 + graphite, packing graphite, with bolting A193 B7&A194 2H, gland C.S. WCB.

Main technical standard as below :

Design and manufactured as per EN593, Face to face dimension as per EN558, End flanges dimension as per GOST 33259 , Test and inspection as per EN12266-1.

The butterfly valve are applied painting with color as per customer's request, finishing painting color sliver, painting dry film thickness 250um max. We can also apply other color painting, general color include blue, silver and other color in order.

The valve are carried out hydro testing strictly as per international standard EN12266-1 and tested ok, no visual leakage found during hydro testing and air testing. For tracking purpose, each valve stamped with unique series number , which also shown in mill test certificate .
