ZFV Single Action Air Actuated Ball Valve Flange Ends Stainless Steel Material Finished

Valve size DN80, pressure rate PN16, flanged end, raised face, the pipe flange as per GOST 33259-2015 for E, floating ball construct. The ball valve is used for shutoff purpose on-off type, main part material is austenic stainless steel: body ASTM A351 CF8, ball ASTM A182 F304, stem ASTM A182 F304, seats material PTFE. It’s full bore type valve. With firesafe design. the valve leakage class is as per GOST 9544 - A, valve operated by single action pneumatic actuator. There are different colors of side cap for the actuator, here we use normal color orange. with manual override, the actuator air supply failure position is closed ( normally closed valve ). With explosion-proof solenoid valve, with air-filter used for outdoor which is low temperature. With stainless steel air-pipe and fittings. With bracket on top of actuator so that end user can install the limit switch. The explosion cable gland is also attached to solenoid valve. Cable gland is suitable for cable 10.2 ~ 11.4mm in metal sleeve DN15. The valve can be installed in low ambient temperature.

The valve flange drilling is as per GOST 33259-2015, each ball valve shall be tested and inspected by hydro / water for shell and high pressure seat sealing, and air test for low pressure seat sealing.

No painting applied to valve since client do not have special requirement.

The solenoid valve model and air-filter is used for client’s detail request . the bracket installed to top of actuator by NAMUR standard, so that client can install limit switch more convenient .

No visual leakage found during hydro testing and air testing to this valve, meet requirement of GOST 9544-A class. dimensions checking and function checking result is ok .

The detail value of testing pressure as below :

1.5 times by PN which is 2.4Mpa by hydrostatic ( water ) for shell testing.

1.1 times by PN which is 1.76Mpa by hydrostatic ( water ) for high pressure closure testing.

0.6Mpa by air testing for for low pressure closure testing.
